Hi!  I’m Melissa Ford.  As you know from my main about page, I’m very passionate about photography.  It makes me feel alive!  Its something that I love.  But I also love other things…

• My fiance John is my secret strength!  He helps me and guides me and supports me in more ways that I could count!  I would never have gotten this far in living my dream if it wasn’t for him. 
• My only child is a hairy 5 pound monster (ie Yorkshire Terrier) named Ringo Starr.  He would be the best lizard hunter in the world if he could run just a little bit faster. 
• I’m not 15, but just graced with good skin and young looks.  So when it looks like a teenager shows up for your photoshoot, don’t be alarmed, its just me.  And I’m much older than 15. 
• I am an avid scrapbooker!  I get really excited when I find just the right embellishment for a page I’m working on.  Preserving all my photos in art makes me very happy. 
• I’m a sucker for a good chick flick.  Anything by Nicholas Sparks generally makes me happy.  Oh, and Gone with the Wind makes my heart melt.
• I have the best family.  They’ve gotten me out of a lot of holes I dug myself in when I was younger.  And I will forever be greatful!
