The dress has been worn, the food is all gone, your family and friends have gone home, and you are exhausted.  The wedding day is done.  Now what?  Now you get the pleasure and excitement of getting your wedding photos!  You open up the online gallery, and all the emotions and memories of the day come flooding back.  And you are now reminded why you hired us in the first place.  Out all of all the money you will spend on your wedding day, one of the only things you’ll get to keep after the day is over, are your wedding photos.  Once again, we have all your answers for the questions you’ll have after the celebration is over.

How long until I get to see a sneak peak of my wedding photos?
We try to blog about your event within one week of shooting it.  We give you just a little taste of our favorite images from the wedding.  Since the photos are publicly listed on our blog, you can easily send the link to your family and friends so they can see them too!

When will all of my photos be available online?
All photos are uploaded to your private album on our website approximately 4 weeks after your event.  You will be sent an email with the unique password to access your photos.  You will be able to also order prints from your online album as well.  Albums will be available online approximately 3 months from your event date.

Will my online gallery have a password or will anyone be able to see it?
Nope, you’re online gallery is kept completely private.  At your request, we can give out the password to your account publicly on our blog for your friends and family to have easy access to view the photos.

How will my guests get the password to my wedding photos?
Upon request and at no charge, we will be happy to provide your entire guest list with the password either at the wedding.  This way, they can all go online and view your wonderful photos, and you can sit back while we do all the work spreading the word!

Will my wedding photos be posted anywhere else other than your blog and website?
It’s possible that we may select a few images from your fabulous event to use on marketing materials or in professional print competitions.

How long until I receive my DVD?
If your package includes a DVD, it will be mailed out as soon as the images become available online.  Mailing time is expected to take anywhere between 3-5 business days.

Can I order prints through your website?
Of course!  Your online album comes complete with a shopping cart, so you can order all of your images, or just a few for mom and dad.  Photos make great gifts, and being able to order them online makes it easy!

Why do prints of wedding photos cost so much?
Keep in mind that when you buy a print from a photographer, you are not only buy the paper and the ink, but also the image on it.  It’s the talent behind the photographer that makes the print more than you normal drug store photo lab.  Also, all prints are printed on archival paper with archival ink which is made to last 200  years!  Also, since we color calibrate our monitors with our print lab’s printers, the color is dead on (versus being completely off like many chain consumer labs).

Why does my print look different than the photos on your website?
There are a couple reasons why this can happen, first off, your monitor may not be properly calibrated, so the true color doesn’t come shining through on your monitor at home.  Also, if you printed the images at a chain drugstore lab versus ordering prints through us, that can account for most of the difference.  Our photo labs are the best in the industry.  You won’t find better prints anywhere.  That’s why we offer them.  They are the best!

Can I make copies of my DVD for friends and family?
Of course.  The images are for you to share with anyone you’d like.  If you really love us, make sure and mention to everyone you see that we took them!
